My name is Waliy Fox. I'm originally born and raised in St. Petersburg, Florida. I am currently located in Mobile, Alabama. Over course of many years I have grown very fond for the fitness world. I found a love and passion, for fitness and have created a serious lifestyle around training, whether in a gym, park, or at home I am planning getting it in.

I have become a personal trainer because of my love to help people succeed in obtaining their fitness goals. It can be people searching for that better version of themselves physically, mentally, and emotionally. I simply appreciate being apart of that process and seeing that satisfaction on people's faces as they make it to their desired goal(s).
